Magnolia Compass Consulting began as a braintrust among friends — operators helping operators with whatever the season required. From helping an IT company find its true vertical to walking franchises through real scale, we've grown alongside the businesses we serve, picking up partners and know-how along the way.
We're not the firm that flies in, redesigns your business, and disappears. We live here. We shop where you shop. Our kids go to the same schools.
